We offer free returns shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Once your return request is received, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. Please make sure to send the items back to us within 14 days.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders that are still in transit. Refunds will only be processed once the items are physically returned to us.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 7 business days of receiving your return. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once it's completed.
To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use (such as makeup stains, broken beads, etc.), and such items will be sent back to you at the original shipping address.
Bin Mischief reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
Made-to-measure and custom garments, such as jackets and coats, are non-returnable. These items are carefully crafted, unique, and packaged with utmost care. We encourage you to thoroughly examine the details of the items you wish to purchase.
